Emma Stone embarrassed during an intimate scene

Emma Stone, a critically acclaimed actress, had her breakthrough in the 2010 rom-com Easy A.

The movie was commercially successful and garnered an Oscar nomination for the actress.

However, filming one of the movie’s intimate sequences wasn’t as fun for Stone as it appeared onscreen.

During the filming of Olive and Brandon’s fake s** scene, where the two just keep jumping and shouting on the bed, Emma Stone revealed that filming the sequence was extremely tiring.

Furthermore, following its filming, she suffered an asthma attack, which the actress explained in a hilarious interview with MTV News.

Stone stated, “Oh, for the love, I can’t even simulate s** without dying!

I had a little asthma attack, without any prior knowledge that I had asthma, during the scene where we had to jump up and down for hours and hours screaming and yelling on the bed.

[It] was humiliating because it was the second day of shooting.”

Despite Stone’s health problems while crafting the sequence, it resulted in one of the funniest scenes in the movie, which fans cherish to this day.

Even though the movie eventually pushed Stone to stardom, the actress does not have many fond memories of her experience in the production of Easy A.

According to Stone, considering that she was the one with the responsibility to carry the film, she put a lot of pressure on herself, which was too much for her at the time.

She recalled, “I was 20, and I put so much pressure on myself.

While we were shooting it, I was just going nuts and was like, ‘I don’t know, this whole thing could fall apart, I have no idea.’

Because I had to be there all day, every day.

And if I wasn’t on screen, I was narrating, and it was just too much me… I think I just put so much pressure on myself.”

Although the movie comprises one of the actress’s best performances, Emma Stone revealed that she still hasn’t watched Easy A from start to finish.

Although it does seem surprising at first, considering that a lot of great actors don’t enjoy watching themselves perform, Stone’s perspective does seem understandable.

Easy A is available to stream on Apple TV.
