Danny Masterson Charged With Three Counts of Rape

Actor Danny Masterson has been charged with three counts of rape, according to reports.

The charges are connected to alleged incidents that took place between 2001 and 2003.

Masterson has previously been accused of rape by multiple women who claim that he s**ually assaulted them.

Some of these women spoke publicly about their experiences because of Masterson’s ties to Scientology.

The actor was fired from the Netflix show “The Ranch” following the allegations.

Four women had previously sued Masterson for rape and intimidation with the help of the Church of Scientology.

Actress Leah Remini spoke to several accusers on her show “Scientology and the Aftermath,” including Chrissie Bixler, who dated Masterson for six years.

Bixler claimed that she had drinks with Masterson in December 2001 and then blacked out.

She alleges that Masterson laughed the next morning and said that he had s**ual contact with her the night before.

Bobette Riales, another of Masterson’s ex-girlfriends, also accused him of rape.

Masterson denied all allegations of rape and his representative gave a statement saying that the actor had never been charged with a crime.

However, on June 17, Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey announced that Masterson had been charged with three counts of rape by force of fear.

Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller stated that all of the alleged crimes happened at Masterson’s home.

If convicted, Masterson could face up to 45 years in state prison.

Masterson was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on June 17 and his bail has been set at $3.3 million.

His attorney, Tom Mesereau, released a statement saying that Masterson is innocent and that they are confident he will be exonerated once all the evidence is presented.

Mesereau added that Masterson and his wife are in shock and that the allegations are false.

Masterson had been written out of “The Ranch” by Netflix following the allegations.

A spokesperson for the streaming platform stated that the decision was made after “ongoing discussions” and that production would resume without Masterson.

The actor’s representative expressed disappointment at the decision, saying that he had denied all allegations against him from day one.

The charges against Masterson have sparked renewed interest in the allegations against him.

The actor has been accused by multiple women of s**ual assault and rape.

Some of these women have claimed that they were pressured not to report the incidents by the Church of Scientology.

Masterson has denied all allegations and maintains that he is innocent.

The case is ongoing and further details are expected to emerge in due course.
