Christian Bale fell asleep while filming a Batman scene

Christian Bale, a well-known actor and Oscar winner, became a household name after his performance in the 2005 movie Batman Begins.

However, Bale has confessed to falling asleep on set during the filming of the movie.

Despite the role of Batman being iconic, Bale had admitted to not being a fan of the previous Batman movies and even found the character “the most boring” of all.

Bale is not known for doing sequels, with the exception of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy.

The prospect of working with Nolan was one of the reasons why he agreed to play the role of Batman.

Batman Begins was a different take on the DC Comics superhero, and it turned out to be a commercial and critical hit.

The Dark Knight, the second installment of the trilogy, was even more successful than its predecessor.

The final installment, The Dark Knight Rises, grossed more than $1 billion worldwide.

Bale lost more than 60 pounds for his role as a sleep-deprived factory worker in the 2004 movie The Machinist, which may have contributed to his tendency to fall asleep on set.

He revealed in a 2009 interview with GQ magazine that the role had a profound effect on him.

He said that he was in a low-energy state because he wasn’t taking anything in, and he was left with nervous energy.

Bale said that he found it calming to focus on things of the mind and that he enjoyed not saying anything for days at a time except for what was in the scene.

Bale said that The Machinist changed him, and he learned to appreciate the purity and satisfaction of being in a state of mental and physical relaxation.

He found himself falling asleep on sets all the time, including in the middle of scenes where he missed his cues.

One example of this was during the filming of Batman Begins when he fell asleep during a scene where his character, Bruce Wayne, was drugged by Scarecrow and woke up to find Alfred and Lucius in his bedroom.

It is unclear whether Bale still channels the “uncluttered” state he tapped into during that era of his career.

He has not done a superhero film since playing Batman in The Dark Knight Rises, but he will be returning to the world of superhero films in his upcoming role as Gorr the God Butcher in Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder.

Bale will play a villain this time around, opposite returning stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, and Tessa Thompson.
