According to Anna Gristina, a former madam who pleaded guilty to running an Upper East Side brothel in 2012, Charlie Sheen slept with numerous prostitutes without protection just a few months before he discovered he was HIV positive.

Gristina said that she supplied prostitutes to Sheen and his then-wife, Brooke Mueller, at their LA mansion between 2009 and 2010.

Sheen confirmed on Tuesday that he learned of his HIV status in 2011.

Gristina added that she was just one of the many agencies that Sheen used, saying that “he could have given HIV to dozens of girls.”

Gristina claimed that Sheen would pay for sx without a condom, with some prostitutes accepting the offer of unprotected sx for an additional $5,000 or $10,000.

Some would even agree to have sx without a condom because they were hoping to become pregnant.

Gristina added that Sheen would encourage the prostitutes not to use protection and that they would try to please him by doing so.

Sheen’s behavior was not limited to Gristina’s agency as there were many others that he used.

Gristina suggested that Sheen might have contracted HIV from one of the porn star prostitutes he used.

“These girls are definitely high-risk for HIV,” Gristina said of the adult industry workers who moonlight as prostitutes.

“I guarantee he got it [HIV] from one of these girls.”

The former madam said that Sheen would spend large amounts of money on her prostitutes, with some nights costing him as much as $75,000 to $100,000.

The cost per prostitute was $2,500 per hour plus tips. Gristina also mentioned that Sheen had started to prefer “pre-op transsexuals” and had asked her girls if they had any men that they could call.

However, she was unsure if he wanted to have sx with the men himself or just wanted to watch them with other girls or his wife.

At the beginning of their relationship, Sheen was still “a gentleman,” offering his paid sx partners champagne and catered food, according to Gristina.

However, as time passed, the “dates” became more extravagant and occasionally lasted for several days.

Gristina stated that Sheen used to take Viagra like it was amphetamines, and cocaine would often be delivered to the house in large quantities.

Gristina added that Sheen and his wife had become addicted not only to the drugs but also to the prostitutes.

“Sometimes he would just sit on the laptop gambling and chain-smoking cigarettes, and the wife would be enjoying the girls,” Gristina said.
