Cardi B ‘drugged and robbed’ men for a living

Cardi B, the 26-year-old rapper, has made a shocking admission regarding her past.

An old Instagram Live video recently resurfaced of her ranting about how she used to trick men into going to hotels with her, drug them and steal from them.

In response, the rapper posted a message to Instagram to explain the situation.

She wrote, “So I’m seeing on social media that a live I did 3 years ago has popped back up. A live where I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to go to make a living.”

“I never claim to be perfect or come from a perfect world with a perfect past. I always speak my truth and always own my s***.”

In the resurfaced video, Cardi recalls a time when she was working at gentlemen’s clubs and would drug and rob men.

She ranted, “I had to go strip, I had to go, ‘Oh yeah, you want to f*k me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go back to this hotel,’ and I drugged n*ggas up, and I robbed them. That’s what I used to do.”

The rapper went on to explain that she never glorified the things she did in the past in her music because she is not proud of it and feels a responsibility to not glamorize it.

She also stated that the men she spoke about in the video were conscious, willing and aware of the situation.

Cardi B is known for being candid about her life as a stripper and the video was recorded in an effort to defend herself from critics who questioned whether she deserved the fame she has.

In the video, she insisted that she has always worked hard and never had anything handed to her on a plate.

The video caused a wave of backlash on social media, with the hashtag #SurvivingCardiB trending, a play on the R Kelly docu-series which accused the R&B star of sexually abusing multiple women.

People took to Twitter to express their shock and disgust at the implications of what Cardi B was saying in the video.

One person tweeted, “I just don’t understand how she can get away with ALL these crimes she did. Really disgusting. Really sad. #survivingcardib.”

Another tweeted, “Why isn’t anyone talking about #CardiB and her drugging men then robbing them… like if this were a man for example… this would be a different story. waiting for #survivingcardib.”

This controversy comes after Cardi B faced criticism for trying to trademark her catchphrase “Okurr,” which she did not come up with and has been in use for several years.

The rapper was planning to use it on a range of merchandise, including T-shirts, paper cups, and posters.

In a separate online rant, Cardi B told her followers over the weekend, “You think I ain’t going to profit off this s***? white folks do it all the time, so you’re going to be mad at me because I want some motherfing money?”

She went on to say, “While I’m still here, I’m gonna secure all the f***ing bags.”
