Bill Hudson Disowned Kate Who Is ‘Dead’ to Him Yet Took Care of Other Kids – His Late Wife Tried to Reconcile the Family
Bill Hudson, an American musician and actor, is the father of Kate and Oliver Hudson, whom he shares with his ex-wife Goldie Hawn.
Unfortunately, Kate and Oliver’s relationship with their father is strained after he left them to start a new family with his late wife, Cindy Williams.
The siblings have been disowned by their father and are “dead” to him, according to a recent interview.
He has requested that they stop speaking about him and change their last name.

Bill Hudson and Goldie Hawn met in 1975 while traveling from New York to Los Angeles on a first-class flight.
They fell in love at first sight.
Hudson was already an established musician being one of three in The Hudson Brothers group.
He and his brothers performed alongside popular groups such as The Beach Boys, The Osmonds, and The Monkees.
Hudson and Hawn got married when Hawn was pregnant with their first child, Oliver Hudson.
Oliver was diagnosed with meconium aspiration when he was born, and he had to be isolated for three days following his birth.
However, he pulled through.
Kate’s arrival happened three years later.
The couple got divorced in 1981 after Hudson found out about Hawn’s extramarital affairs.
He wanted a traditional marriage, which didn’t align with Hawn’s interests.
Kurt Russell became a stepfather to Kate and Oliver after dating Hawn in 1983.
The couple had Wyatt Russell together three years later.
After Hudson and Williams divorced, Kate and Oliver recalled being abandoned by their father at a young age.
Bill had gradually started to “check out” from their family.
Kate later forgave her father and praised her bonus dad, Russell, for stepping up as a great father figure.
However, Bill Hudson’s relationship with his two oldest children, Kate and Oliver, became strained after Oliver posted a less than loving tribute to him on Father’s Day in 2015.
The controversial post made Bill furious, and he ended up disowning his children.
Bill has requested that Kate and Oliver stop using the Hudson name, and he no longer recognizes them as his own.
He claims that his children may feel this way due to being poisoned by their mother, Fawn.
Bill has stated that Fawn manipulated Kate and Oliver as children to make them think that their father had moved to Portland and abandoned them.
