Ben Affleck Jokes His n^de Scene in ‘Gone Girl’ Was ‘Overlooked’

Ben Affleck, the renowned actor and two-time Academy Award winner, has recently joked about his full-frontal shower scene in the 2014 movie “Gone Girl”.

In an interview with Sacha Baron Cohen for Variety Studio: Actors on Actors, Affleck expressed disappointment that people did not appreciate his n^de scene as much as he had hoped.

He revealed that he had dreamed of scoring a nomination in the Best Depiction of Nudity, Sexuality or Seduction category, which is a real category nominated by the Alliance of Women Film Journalists for its annual awards.

Baron Cohen asked Affleck if he was angry to have lost to Scarlett Johansson’s NSFW scene in “Under the Skin”, given that Affleck had done so much frontal n^dty and been n^ked in other movies.

Affleck replied humorously that he had been overlooked despite doing so much frontal nudity.

Baron Cohen then suggested that perhaps the Alliance of Women Film Journalists “never saw what I saw in the mirror,” alluding to the fact that the Gone Girl scene was short-lived.

Affleck quickly changed the subject to discuss Baron Cohen’s p-nis size, joking that it must be “14 inches” based on how it was “blacked out” in past projects.

Baron Cohen called Affleck out for veering away from the conversation before quipping, “Tell me about your Batman!”

In “Gone Girl”, Affleck played the character of Nick Dunne, a teacher who becomes the prime suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Amy Elliott Dunne, played by Rosamund Pike.

The movie is a David Fincher-directed psychological thriller based on Gillian Flynn’s novel of the same name.

Ahead of the film’s premiere, Affleck teased that there would be some brief nudity, saying that he had to see the n^ked underbelly of the character.

Jennifer Garner, who was married to Affleck at the time, later joked on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she hoped Fincher had used a wide lens to capture her husband’s manhood.

“Gone Girl” received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success, grossing over $369 million worldwide.

Affleck has always been known for his good looks and charm, and “Gone Girl” gave the audience a glimpse of his bold side as well.

His n^de scene in the movie was certainly one of the most talked-about moments of the film, and it is evident that Affleck wanted it to be remembered for years to come.

While he may not have won any awards for his performance, he certainly earned the appreciation of many viewers.
