Ana De Armas has shared her thoughts on the nkd scenes in her upcoming film, ‘Blonde’.

The actress plays the role of Marilyn Monroe in Andrew Dominik’s film, and she has revealed that the scenes were not uncomfortable for her to film.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ana explained that she felt “safe and protected” while filming the intimate scenes.

She suggested that viewers may find the scenes more uncomfortable than she did, stating, “It’s harder for people to watch (those scenes) than for me to make them because I understood what I was doing, and I felt very protected and safe.”

Ana also spoke highly of the intimacy coordinators on set, who helped ensure that she felt comfortable during the filming process.

She said, “We had an intimacy coordinator with us all the time, and she was very helpful.”

The actress was confident in her decision to film the nkd scenes, explaining, “I didn’t feel exploited because I was in control.

“I made that decision. I knew the movie I was doing.

“I trusted my director. I felt like I was in a safe environment.”

Ana praised the entire team involved in the production, stating that everyone had a deep respect for the movie they were making.

She explained, “We had hundreds of conversations about these scenes.

“Everyone felt a deep respect for the movie we were making.

“And in that sense, I had no fear.

“I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, even though they were really hard scenes.”

The actress also noted that filming the sexual scenes was no different from filming other scenes in the movie.

She said, “But I wouldn’t even say these scenes were more difficult than any other scene.

“It was just a part of a whole story.

“I knew exactly what the shot was going to be.”

Ana acknowledged that there may be some challenges with the release of the movie, particularly when it comes to the intimate scenes being taken out of context.

She expressed disappointment at the possibility of the scenes being posted online, saying, “I know what’s going to go viral, and it’s disgusting. It’s upsetting just to think about it.”

“I can’t control it; you can’t really control what they do and how they take things out of context.”

Despite these potential challenges, Ana remains proud of the work she has done on the movie.

She said, “I’m really proud of this movie, and I’m really proud of the work that we all did together.

“I think that it’s a really beautiful movie, and I hope people can see it for what it is.”

‘Blonde’ is based on the novel of the same name by Joyce Carol Oates and explores the life of Marilyn Monroe.

The film is set to be released later in the year.

Ana De Armas is known for her roles in films such as ‘Blade Runner 2049’ and ‘Knives Out’.
