The legal battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has been ongoing for quite some time and has recently unearthed more intimate details about Heard’s romantic relationships.

According to Christian Carino, a talent agent who previously represented both Heard and Depp, the actress had a romantic relationship with entrepreneur Elon Musk after her split from Depp.

Carino’s pre-recorded March 11 deposition was played in a courtroom in Fairfax, Virginia, where he revealed the information about Heard’s relationship with Musk.

He also shared details about text messages that he exchanged with the actress in August 2017, after she broke up with Musk.

During this text exchange, Carino asked Heard why she was “sad” if she wasn’t “in love with him to begin with,” referring to Musk, and suggested that she could “avoid all this” if she stopped dating famous people.

In response, Heard texted Carino, saying, “I hate that yet again a man lets me fall on the spikes by myself…you could be with a big man who isn’t famous.”

Carino believed that Heard was trying to reconcile with Depp, as she had asked him to deliver letters to the actor and told him that she missed him.

In one message to Carino, she said, “Finally I am single, clear in my heart and mind. I just want him to know I love him and that I am sorry.”

Heard and Musk have previously spoken publicly about their relationship.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in December 2018, Heard said, “Elon and I had a beautiful relationship, and we have a beautiful friendship now, one that was based on our core values. Intellectual curiosity, ideas and conversation, a shared love for science. We just bonded on a lot of things that speak to who I am on the inside. I have so much respect for him.”

Carino’s deposition is just one of many pieces of evidence presented in the ongoing defamation lawsuit between Depp and Heard.

Depp filed the lawsuit in response to an op-ed that Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described herself as a victim of domestic abuse without mentioning Depp by name.

Heard has accused Depp of physical and emotional abuse during their relationship, which ended in 2016.

Depp denies the allegations and has filed a separate lawsuit against Heard in the United Kingdom, where he is seeking damages for defamation over an article she wrote for The Sun in 2018 that referred to him as a “wife-beater.”

The ongoing legal battle has been highly publicized and has attracted widespread attention from the media and fans of both actors.

The revelations about Heard’s relationship with Musk are just the latest in a long line of personal details that have been made public during the lawsuit.
