Alexandra Daddario on how she built her stunning Baywatch body
Actress Alexandra Daddario recently revealed that she had to work hard to get in shape for her role in the upcoming movie Baywatch.
Despite not being a fan of hardcore exercise, Daddario knew that she would have to spend a significant amount of time in a swimsuit for the film, so she decided to train with Zac Efron’s personal trainer, Patrick Murphy.
To get in shape, Daddario increased her workouts from just doing yoga occasionally to training four or five days each week.
This included using a variety of different methods such as free weight training and BOSU balls, as well as TRX straps.
Her trainer described the resulting change in her physique as having “visual lines of definition,” which is a common way of saying that she became more toned and fit.

Daddario’s hard work paid off, as she now looks great in the swimsuits she had to wear every day on set for Baywatch.
She even wore a swimsuit to her audition for the film, showing her dedication to being in top physical condition for the role.
Baywatch, which is set to be released on May 25, also stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron, both of whom are known for their impressive physiques.
While Daddario may not have been trying to compete with these actors in terms of muscle mass, it’s clear that she was determined to be in the best shape possible for the film.

This isn’t the first time that Daddario has had to bare it all on camera, as she has previously filmed scenes in the nude for the TV show True Detective.
However, filming a single scene for a TV show is very different from being in a swimsuit all day, every day on a beach with a cast of physically fit actors.
Daddario has had a varied career in both film and television, and she is known for both her acting skills and her attractive curves.
While she may not have enjoyed the intense training she had to do for Baywatch, it’s clear that it was worth it in the end, as she looks great in the film.
