Jennifer Aniston and Alec Baldwin collaborated on a 30 Rock episode while the latter was a guest star. Baldwin kissed Aniston in their scene, but he won’t look happy with the encounter, even calling it “painful.”

“It was painful,” Baldwin said to Huffington about the kiss. “I mean, every man who’s had to make out with her in TV and movies — I don’t know how they do it.”

But did he feel that unstable women are better in bed, as the show implied? Baldwin answered, “That’s assuming I’ve been with crazy women.
