Adam Sandler’s Los Angeles Homes
Unlike most of the characters he portrays, Adam Sandler actually lives a lavish lifestyle in all of his huge residences.
The actor is worth $420 million and made $57 million in 2019, according to Forbes, with “Netflix to thank for his eight-figure year.”
Adam Sandler’s principal residence in Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades, has a celebrity past. According to People, Adam Sandler and his wife, Jacqueline Sandler, were at Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell’s house in 2004 for a New Year’s Eve celebration “when his wife said she’d like to buy it.” According to Variety, the couple paid a big amount for the large property from the Overboard superstar the same year: $12 million, to be precise.
According to Velvet Ropes, the Sandler mansion is 12,860 square feet in size, with 7 bathrooms, 14 bedrooms, and a big yard replete with a pool and sports area. As if that weren’t enough, the Billy Madison star “also owns the adjoining home, which is 3,971 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms,” implying that the “combined properties are worth an estimated $28 million.”
If Adam Sandler’s bustling Los Angeles estate becomes too crowded with family and visitors, the celebrity can always fly off to one of his other properties. The 50 First Dates star also has a Malibu mansion, which he acquired in 2001 for more than $3 million, according to SFGate. Built in 1947, the property has been refurbished and currently boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a wide entertaining terrace “quite literally” on the beach, according to Velvet Ropes.
