Zoe Kazan, a 33-year-old actress known for her role in “The Big Sick,” has spoken out about the rampant s**ual harassment on Hollywood sets.

She claims that she has been asked s**ually explicit questions and given inappropriate instructions during auditions.

One producer even asked her if she “spat or swallowed” after oral s**.

“I have a lot of girlfriends who are amazing actors, and many times we’ve talked about having to go into a room and give ‘b*** job eyes,'” she said.

“It’s the sense that your s**uality is somehow baked into this situation.”

Kazan believes that many of the roles she is offered fuel stereotypes about men and women.

She noted that her boyfriend of 10 years, Paul Dano, is often offered a wider range of roles that allow him to show emotion, while she is often pigeonholed into playing stereotypical female roles.

“We talk a lot right now about ‘toxic masculinity,’ but it’s a real thing,” she said.

“Paul is a very emotional person… He’s very sensitive, and the art he responds to is very emotional.

And yet, nine times out of ten [in a role], I have to cry, and he rarely has to cry.”

Kazan is not the only actress to experience discrimination on Hollywood sets.

Debra Messing has spoken out about a director who made a rude comment about her nose during a love scene with Keanu Reeves.

Kate Beckinsale has also been discriminated against.

She claims that director Michael Bay once said that she wasn’t attractive enough to alienate the female audience.

According to Kazan, the discrimination leaves women in a catch-22 because they struggle to voice their discomfort out of fear of being seen as difficult to work with.

“There’s so much s**ual harassment on set. And there’s no HR department,” she said.

“We don’t have a redress. We have our union, but no one ever resorts to that, because you don’t want to get a reputation for being difficult… You leave the situation feeling not good about what just happened, but you don’t really have the language for why.

“You feel like, if you said something, it would reflect badly on you.”

Kazan’s experiences are not unique.

s**ual harassment has been a problem in Hollywood for many years.

However, despite the progress that has been made, Hollywood still has a long way to go.
