Actor Jon Hamm’s huge d–k can’t fit in his clothes

The name Jon Hamm and the word “bulge” are frequently linked together.

A rapid Google search for the Mad Men star will show that, and it appears that the cast and crew of Hamm’s hit AMC television show won’t let him forget his past trouser offenses.

According to the New York Daily News, an AMC insider said the “well-endowed” actor was forced to wear under wear while filming certain scenes of the TV show to keep the show decent.

“This season takes place in the 1960s, where the pants are very tight and leave little to the imagination,” said the source.

And it gets better: “Jon’s impressive anatomy is so distracting that they politely insisted on underwear.”

It seems that Hamm’s “impressive anatomy” was so much of a distraction that the show’s marketing team had to Photoshop many of the billboards, promotional posters, and ad campaigns related to the show due to the prominent appearance of Jon Jr.

“Imagine how distracting that would be on the side of a bus or building,” the unnamed insider said.

“When the promotional pictures came back the first few seasons, we had to work with them.

“Everyone was concerned about too much Christina Hendricks boob, but it’s Jon that has the most to show. It’s a good problem to have.”

But Jon Hamm’s rep disagrees that his anatomical excess is a “good problem,” saying, “It is ridiculous and not really funny at all.

“I’d appreciate you taking the high road and not resorting to something childish like this that’s been blogged about 1,000 times.”

While we could make a pro and con list debating the worth of Hamm’s, er, Ham—it’s clear the actor doesn’t mind showcasing what Mother Nature gave him.

In September of last year, Hamm and longtime girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt went on a shopping trip to Barneys, and when paparazzi snapped a photo of the pair, it became clear who the real star of the snapshot was. (Yes, his p-nis.)

And a few weeks later, he committed the same offense, stepping outside in some (un)fortunately super-clingy pants.

“Jon is a big boy but sometimes it can be distracting,” one insider said of the incident.

The AMC insider also stated that the show’s wardrobe department had to get creative when it came to finding period-appropriate undergarments that would hide Hamm’s bulge.

“We had to work with him on this,” the source said.

“The clothes are so fitted, and the last thing you want to see is Jon’s schlong. We’ve had to rein it in.”

It’s not the first time that Jon Hamm’s bulge has made headlines.

Back in 2013, Hamm’s Mad Men co-star Christina Hendricks was asked about the actor’s anatomy during an interview with Sydney radio station KIIS 1065.

“You don’t put a sock down there or anything?” the interviewer asked, to which Hendricks replied, “Well, I mean, I’ve heard about… I think that’s an internet rumor.

As far as I know, I’ve never seen any… it’s called ‘privates’ for a reason.”

In an interview with Rolling Stone in 2013, Hamm admitted that he was aware of the attention his bulge was receiving.

“Most of it’s tongue-in-cheek,” he said.

“But it is a little rude. It just speaks to a broader freedom that people feel like they have – a prurience…they’re called ‘privates’ for a reason.

“I’m wearing pants, for f–k’s sake. Lay off. I mean, it’s not like I’m a f—ing lead miner. There are harder jobs in the world.

“But when people feel the freedom to create Tumblr accounts about my c–k, I feel like that wasn’t part of the deal… But whatever.

“I guess it’s better than being called out for the opposite.”

However, it appears that Hamm’s bulge is causing even more problems for Mad Men, as the show’s marketing team has now had to airbrush promotional images to make it less obvious.

“They’ve also had to Photoshop promotional pictures for the show so that Jon’s impressive anatomy isn’t on full display,” the AMC insider said.

“They’re trying to create a little mystery and not ruin the viewing experience for anyone.”

Despite the fact that Jon Hamm’s bulge has become a pop culture phenomenon, the actor himself is not happy about it.

In an interview with Men’s Fitness in 2014, Hamm said that he was “sick of” the attention his anatomy was receiving.

“They’re called ‘privates’ for a reason,” he said.

“I’m wearing pants, for f–k’s sake.

“When people feel the freedom to create Tumblr accounts about my c–k, I feel like that wasn’t part of the deal… But whatever.

“I guess it’s better than being called out for the opposite.”
