Cameron Diaz, a Cuban actress, appeared on George Lopez’s “Lopez Tonight” show last week and admitted to buying weed from her high school classmate Snoop Dogg in Long Beach.

Diaz said that Snoop Dogg hasn’t changed much since they both attended Long Beach Polytechnic High.

Diaz said, “He was a year older than me. I remember him, he was very tall and skinny. He wore lots of ponytails.”

His interest for weed hasn’t waned either.

Diaz claimed of Snoop, who has a medical marijuana certificate, “I’m pretty sure I bought weed from him. I was green even in high school!”

“Yes, I had to have,” she said after some thought.

The 38-year-old admitted to presenter George Lopez that her drug use was her early “claim to fame” before breaking into the entertainment industry.

The actress said that school was difficult.

“Anytime you heard the locker slam and you’d turn and there was a girl taking off her earrings, she’s pulling her hair back in a ponytail and she’s taking all her friends’ rings and coming at you like this,” she explained. “I used to get in fights with boys more than girls, for some reason boys liked to fight me. But one time in junior high I had this girl come up to me in the locker room from behind and pull my hair back. I had to shut her down!”
