In a steamy flashback scene from the film, the 41-year-old beauty flaunted every inch of her fantastic body as the two went very close.

Director Sean Penn filmed the racy scene from a unique position above the actors.

The Mad Max actress displays her rear provocatively while standing seductively in what appears to be a dimly lit apartment room, as on-screen boyfriend Bardem licks her exposed ankle in the sensual frolic. Her hand also drapes across her bosom, exposing her skin and leaving nothing to imagination.

Dr. Miguel Leon, played by Javier, a relief-aid doctor, and Charlize’s character, Dr. Wren Petersen, the director of an international assistance organization, had a love affair in the film.

The blonde actress appears to be having a good time as she rests against a window, while Spaniard Javier has a pencil in his hand.

As the two have a particularly saucy moment during one of the film’s hotter sequences, audiences will see more of the South African native’s slender frame as she throws her head back in wanton abandon.

Despite the breathtaking moments, the film was critically panned upon its debut last year, with some speculating that conflicts between the lead actress and the director may have had an impact on the film’s quality.

Theron has made no secret of her lack of inhibitions when it comes to sex sequences in her films, often stating that she is comfortable in her own skin.

“It depends on who you’re doing the sex scene with,” she stated in one interview. ” I don’t have issues being naked.”

“What I mean is, I’m not hung up on my body, and I’ve been lucky to work with people I’ve been really comfortable with,” she explained, before cryptically revealing that she had only felt uncomfortable on two occasions.

Charlize Theron, who earned an Academy Award for her performance in Monster in 2004, stars in two action films this year: The F8 Of The Furious and Atomic Blonde. In Atomic Blonde, which will be released in the UK in August, she also snogs a lady.

With rumors of Penn and Charlize’s broken engagement circulating and accusations that Theron had “ghosted” her ex-boyfriend, the actress finally spoke out to calm the storm.

She said: “There is a need to sensationalise things. When you leave a relationship there has to be some f***ing story or some crazy drama.”
