Supermodel Bella Hadid’s high split gown caused a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival.

The model dazzled at Thursday’s event in a transparent Ralph & Russo gown with beaded decoration and a high slit. She completed the outfit with a pair of strappy Rene Caovilla silver stilettos and peach-colored undergarments to complement her skin tone. Even though she presumably planned for her outfit to be a little leggier than normal, she definitely didn’t anticipate her underwear to be visible to everyone, which is exactly what occurred when she made a big stride and her dress’s slit shifted more than she wanted.

She exposed her panties while leaning out to give actress Susan Sarandon a kiss on both cheeks after they ran into each other on the red carpet.

Hadid, who is 20 years old, has yet to comment on the incident. She referred to the Cannes red carpet as her “favorite” in an Instagram post before of the event.

This isn’t the first time Bella has had a wardrobe malfunction. She had a wardrobe malfunction in an Alexandre Vauthier gown only last week when a gust of wind showed her undergarments. Bella barely escaped an accident on the catwalk last year at the amfAR Gala when she went bra-less in a tracksuit and some risky breast tape.

She shrugged off the humiliating event on Thursday and kept posing like a pro. In fact, her 2017 Met Gala ensemble, which she wore just a few weeks ago, appeared to be an unintentional wardrobe mistake, as the see-through Alexander Wang gown left nothing to the imagination.

The supermodel attended the Opening Gala, which kicked off the 10-day film festival, with other celebrities such as Jessica Chastain and Will Smith. There will also be a showing of the film “Ismael’s Ghosts.”
