John Travolta Sued for ‘Sexual Battery’ by 2 Male Masseurs

According to revised court papers filed on Tuesday, a second anonymous masseur has joined a $2 million complaint against John Travolta, alleging the star sexually abused the men in two separate occasions during private massages.

Both have the same lawyer, are seeking $2 million in damages, and say Travolta sought to have sex with them during massage sessions. The original complaint has been updated to include the second accuser and includes sexual harassment allegations.

On Monday, a masseur identified only as “John Doe” filed a $2 million lawsuit against Travolta for allegedly assaulting and sexually batterying the masseuse during a massage session at a Beverly Hills hotel.

The second anonymous man, a Georgia resident identified only as John Doe No. 2 in court documents acquired by Reuters, said Travolta stroked his legs, touched his genitals, and attempted to instigate sex during a private meeting in the actor’s Atlanta hotel room on January 28.

In a statement, the actor’s representative called the first accuser’s accusations “complete fiction” and threatened legal action.

“This second ‘anonymous’ claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one,” Martin Singer, the Hollywood actor’s lawyer, stated.

“Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and fictional claims.”

He stated, “It’s obvious he checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie. However, the claim by Doe #2 is just as fabricated as the claim by Doe #1 .” According to Travolta’s spokesperson, Travolta will sue the attorney involved as well as the plaintiff for malicious prosecution.

John Doe told RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, “I have proof to support the truth that I’m telling,” though he declined to reveal what proof he had.

The first plaintiff claims that Travolta picked him up in his black Lexus SUV and that there were Trojan condoms and chocolate cake wrappers in the car. According to the suit, Travolta drove the masseur to a Beverly Hills hotel bungalow for the treatment.

The second claimed victim alleges that during an in-room massage on Jan. 28 at an Atlanta resort, Travolta lifted his sheet and requested for his buttocks to be rubbed, then exposed his front. After that, he attempted to “force Doe Plaintiff No. 2’s hand on Travolta’s privates.” Then Travolta began to grip, touch, and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2’s upper thighs and buttocks, according to the lawsuit, as reported by RadarOnline.com.

When the therapist refused to cooperate, Travolta allegedly tried to get a “reverse massage” situation going. From the suit: ”

“Travolta, had removed his draping and was masturbating. Travolta’s penis was fully erect, and was roughly 8 inches in length, and his pubic hair was wirey and unkempt. Sweat was pouring down Travolta’s neck, and he asked Plaintiff again to say something nice to him.”

Okorie Okorocha, a plaintiff’s attorney in Pasadena, California, told Reuters that many more potential victims have come forward with similar concerns since the original lawsuit was filed last week.

“I will file for every single victim. Mr. Travolta has been able to evade justice, and he’s going to challenge it with me. but I’m not afraid … I’ll stand up to him,” said Okorocha.
