Montecito Mansion’s New Owner Reveals Sussex’s Departure and Property Availability for Rent

The Montecito Mansion, recently acquired by a new owner, has shed light on the news that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex no longer reside there.

The property is now open for rent, offering a unique opportunity for those interested.

For a rate of $700 per hour, Gigster, a rental website, presents Harry and Meghan’s former home as the perfect backdrop for photo shoots, music videos, and various other engagements.

The mansion can comfortably accommodate a crew of up to 15 individuals, with private parking available for up to 50 vehicles.

Interestingly, the listing for the property was initially posted before the ex-royal couple purchased it for a staggering $14.7 million.

However, it provided never-before-seen photographs of the interior before the arrival of the couple and their son, Archie.

Described as an Italian villa, the mansion can be rented for a minimum duration of 10 hours.

The listing also specifies certain rules and restrictions, including a strict no-smoking, no-pets, no-cooking, and no-alcohol policy.

Additionally, adult filming activities are strictly prohibited.

Notably, the Italian-style villa boasts magnificent archways and is surrounded by lush green gardens, offering a picturesque view of the sea.

It has been described as a hidden paradise, designed for someone who desires utmost privacy and luxury.

An estate agent, who had the privilege of spending an hour inside the mansion, attested to its allure, stating that it was created for someone who never wants to leave home.

Following the couple’s relocation, the photography rental service has been completely discontinued to ensure the couple’s absolute privacy.

However, a recent source reveals that the option to rent the couple’s olive garden has reopened.

This supports the rumors suggesting that the couple had a disagreement and both vacated the Montecito villa.

Curiously, the source claims to have reached the payment stage for renting the olive garden, although it contradicts the fact that the Meghan and Harry documentary was filmed at a different location.

According to insiders, Meghan now resides in Beverly Hills, while Harry has found solace in West Hollywood.

Harry has been frequently spotted at the exclusive Members Only San Vincente bungalows, which have served as his refuge for quite some time.

It is rumored that he even keeps a bungalow there exclusively for himself.

Meghan, on the other hand, allegedly prefers the comfort of the five-star Beverly Hills hotel, known locally as the Pink Palace.

This opulent hotel holds historical significance, having been favored by icons like Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack during the 1950s.

Speculation surrounding the couple’s relationship continues to circulate.

Reports suggest that their marriage is facing difficulties, with claims that Harry cannot bear to be under the same roof as Meghan, despite the vast 14,500 square feet and 16 bathrooms available to seek solace and privacy.

A spokesperson for Harry and Meghan promptly denied these allegations.

However, various media outlets seized upon the story, with notable anti-Meghan commentator Dan Wooten dedicating an entire segment on his GB News show to discuss the topic.

Observers noted that the couple appears consistently unhappy together and predicted the eventual demise of their marriage within a few years.

This recent development is just one of many stories highlighting the alleged strain in Meghan and Harry’s relationship.

In recent weeks, several narratives have emerged, suggesting cracks in their marriage.

For instance, Meghan’s avoidance of a kiss from Harry during an NBA game was widely scrutinized.

While these reports continue to fuel speculation, the true state of their relationship remains known only to the couple themselves.
