Howard Stern attacked podcaster Joe Rogan for taking Ivermectin after he got COVID, reiterating his previous statements that the vaccination should be “mandatory” and that unvaccinated individuals shouldn’t be a burden on hospitals.

Ivermectin is a parasite infection treatment medicine. The medication, which is used to deworm cattle in various forms, should not be used to treat or prevent Covid-19, according to the US Food and Drug Administration.

Stern addressed “s***heads in our country who won’t get vaccinations” on his SiriusXM program once more. He also chastised Joe Rogan for opting for a “horse-dewormer from a doctor” rather than a “cure.”

“I heard Joe Rogan was saying ‘What are you busting my balls [for]? I took horse de-wormer and a doctor gave it to me,'” he said on The Howard Stern Show. “Well, a doctor would also give you a vaccine, so why take horse-dewormer?”

Rogan, 54, said he got COVID on September 1 after performing a series of shows in Florida, where the extremely contagious Delta strain is causing an outbreak. He was given a jumble of medications, including monoclonal antibodies, prednisone, and Ivermectin, he claimed.

“We’re trapped in a country with imbeciles,” Stern continued. “Guess what? When we get COVID, we don’t end up in the hospitals so we don’t overload the hospitals. So what did I say? We have no time for idiots in this country anymore. We don’t want you. We want you to all, either go to the hospital and stay home, die there with your COVID. Don’t take the cure, but don’t clog up our hospitals with your covid when you finally get it. Stay home, don’t bother with science, it’s too late. Go f**** yourself, we just don’t have time for you.”

According to Mediaite, Stern added, “You notice, in every single case, all this anti-science s*** goes right out the window when people end up in the emergency room and they can’t breathe.”

He said that vaccination hesitancy exists because “we have it so good in this country,” and that “we have cures.”

“It wasn’t always like this,” he continued. “You don’t get to live to 80 years old automatically. It’s done with science.”

“The reason we live longer is because of science.”

“F*** them, f*** their freedom,” Stern said last week of those who refuse to obtain the Covid vaccination.

The FDA recently tweeted that humans should not use ivermectin to treat COVID-19 instances, tweeting, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”

It’s unclear if Rogan, who inked a $100 million contract with Spotify last year, is vaccinated, but the host has previously criticized vaccination requirements as a step closer to a “dictatorship” and stated that young people should not be forced to be vaccinated.

According to CNN, Rogan said on his program in April, “I’m not an anti-vax person.”

‘In fact, I said I believe they’re safe and I encourage many people to take them. My parents were vaccinated. I just said I don’t think if you’re a young healthy person you need it.’

According to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 53% of persons aged 12 and above in the United States are completely vaccinated against Covid.
