Monica Bellucci bares all as she poses bare in water

The iconic Italian photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri’s new exhibition at the 29 Arts in Progress gallery in Milan features one of the country’s most famous actresses and models, Monica Bellucci.

The exhibition celebrates Barbieri’s 60-year career, which has included working with some of the most famous supermodels and fashion brands in the world, such as Versace, Vivienne Westwood, Dolce & Gabbana, and Valentino.

One of the key photographs in the exhibition is a racy nude image of Bellucci posing in water for Dolce & Gabbana’s 2000 campaign.

Alongside the nude image, Bellucci is also seen posing without underwear in sheer lingerie, with a cigarette in her mouth for the same campaign.

The exhibition also features previously unseen portraits and hand-painted photographs, as well as 1997 shots of Eva Herzigova eating spaghetti and dancing through the cobbled streets of Rome.

Herzigova is also featured in a docufilm about Barbieri’s life, titled ‘The Man and The Beauty.’

Barbieri has always had a passion for art in all its forms, saying that “since I was a child, the inspiration of theatre and cinema played an important role.

Reading widely, studying classical art, looking to the great masters of the past or simply looking around me at what animated my surroundings, I cultivated my artistic eye.”

He meticulously constructs his sets, always citing art, cinema, or architecture.

Bellucci, who is now 58 years old, has recently expressed her desire to age gracefully and not obsess over her figure.

In an interview with the Sunday Times Style magazine, she said, “I am not obsessed. I’ve always been a curvy woman, never so skinny, that’s my nature. And I want to get old in a peaceful way.”

She prefers wine, pasta, and the occasional Pilates class to grueling workouts and restrictive diets.

She also recognizes that her needs have changed as she’s gotten older, saying, “When you are 50 or 60, you don’t have the same needs as when you are 20.”

“You change, like when your baby comes into the room, you see that the first thing is her.

“We come in second. This gives us another perspective.”

Barbieri’s exhibition is a celebration of his life’s work and showcases some of the most iconic photographs from his 60-year career.

The exhibition is a must-see for anyone interested in fashion photography or Italian culture.

Speaking about the exhibition, gallery owner Giovanni Pelloso said, “We are honored to host the great master of fashion photography, Gian Paolo Barbieri, at our gallery.”

“His extraordinary and unique style has become a legend and has influenced generations of photographers all over the world.”

Barbieri’s work has been featured in numerous international exhibitions and has been published in countless magazines and books.

His ability to capture the beauty and essence of his subjects is unparalleled, and his photographs have become some of the most recognizable images in fashion history.
