Charlie Sheen, who has faced multiple controversies in the past, including being kicked off Two and a Half Men and testing positive for HIV, has found himself in more trouble after former child actor Soleil Moon Frye revealed in her Hulu documentary Kid 90 that she lost her virginity to him when she was 18 and he was in his late 20s.

In the documentary, Frye recalled having her “first consensual s*xual experience” with Sheen, whom she had a crush on for years.

A journal entry from December 18, 1994, by Frye read, “He’s somebody I’ve had a crush on for years. He’s a person that intrigues me and excites me.”

She also remarked how similar he was to Mr. Big from Sex and the City.

However, fans were quick to call out the predatory nature of the relationship, with many questioning whether Sheen had been “checking her birthday every year” until she turned 18.

The controversy surrounding Sheen deepened after he was accused of r*pe by Corey Feldman in his 2020 documentary My Truth: The Rape of Two Coreys.

Feldman alleged that Sheen had raped his friend Corey Haim when he was only 13.

In Kid 90, Frye addressed the allegations, saying, “I don’t think people are devils or angels.” Sheen denied the allegations outright.

Following the release of Kid 90, Sheen’s publicist, Jeff Ballard, shared his thoughts with Us Weekly, saying, “She’s a good egg. I wish Soleil well in this resurgence of hers.”

Sheen himself also spoke to USA Today about his relationship with Frye, saying he treated her “really beautifully” and was “really kind.”

Despite Sheen and Frye’s positive recollections, the controversy surrounding the relationship continued.

Fans saw it as an example of grooming, with one tweet reading, “This sounds kinda predatory…he was so much older than her.”

Another tweet questioned whether Sheen had been waiting for Frye to turn 18 before pursuing a relationship with her.
