James Franco has denied having s^xual relations with Lindsay Lohan, but has admitted to kissing her.

The admission came during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, where Franco responded to reports that he was included in Lohan’s list of s^xual partners.

The list was published by US magazine In Touch in January.

“It’s a lie: I will swear on my mother’s life that I never had s^x with her,” Franco said.

Franco went on to explain that the kiss took place 10 years ago, while he was filming Spider-Man 2 in New York.

“When we made out it was so long ago … I was like a nice guy; It was also like, ‘What the hell am I doing?’ She was young,” he said.

However, Franco said he was not impressed to be included.

“I can’t believe she put me on that private list, she’s so delusional!”, he said.

“I don’t want to brag about it. I don’t know how that got out. She was having issues even then, so you feel weird. Honestly she was a friend,” he said.
