Emily, who is reportedly in a new romance with pop singer Harry Styles, went braless and flashed her side-boob in the backless dress, paired with knee-high brown leather boots and a small black shoulder bag.

She completed the look with black sunglasses and chunky gold hoop earrings, styling her long dark hair straight.

The Miaou dress, with a low cut back, asymmetric hem, and halter neckline, featured a newspaper print that spelled out the brand’s name.

During lunch, Emily was deep in conversation with her friends while enjoying the meal and drinks.

However, she is currently in the midst of a custody battle and contentious divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard, a film producer whom she married in February 2018 after just two weeks of dating.

Emily is seeking sole custody of their son, Sylvester, born in March 2021, following their split last summer due to allegations of Sebastian’s infidelity.

The producer has been accused of sexual misconduct and “troubling behavior” by three women.

In one instance, he allegedly reached out to a 17-year-old girl on Instagram in 2016 and promised her a meeting with Robert Pattinson on the set of “Good Time.”

The Elara team, which produced the film, fired him after discovering his behavior in July 2022.

Sebastian has not responded to requests for comment.

Recently, Emily confirmed her secret two-month relationship with Harry Styles, who she was seen kissing on the streets of Tokyo last month.

Speaking to the LA Times, Emily stated, “There’s a million insane, inaccurate things about my relationships [that are said].

“I’m definitely still not thinking about guys. Although, yeah. You know, sometimes things just happen.”

Emily had previously dated comedian Eric Andre and SNL alum Pete Davidson following her divorce.

Meanwhile, Harry Styles recently split from Olivia Wilde, whom he met while starring in her film “Don’t Worry Darling.”

The couple fell in love shortly after her split from Jason Sudeikis, with whom she shares two children and is currently in a custody battle.
