Selena Gomez felt ashamed doing a n^ked photoshoot

Selena Gomez, a multi-talented Hollywood celebrity known for her music, films, and shows, recently participated in a roundtable talk for The Hollywood Reporter with Amy Schumer.

During the discussion, she shared her experiences of being s*xualized as a child star and opened up about a particular moment in her singing career that made her feel “ashamed.”

Gomez released her album Revival in 2015, which featured a nude photoshoot for the album cover.

Although it was seen as a move to separate her image as a child actor from that of a grown-up, the former Disney star later revealed that she regretted the decision.

“I actually did an album cover, and I was really ashamed after I did it,” she said.

The Wizards of Waverly Place actress added, “I had to work through those feelings because I realized it was attached to something deeper that was going on.

And it was a choice that I wasn’t necessarily happy that I made, but I think that I’ve done my best, at least I try to be myself.”

Gomez also explained that the reason she didn’t feel comfortable doing a n/ked photoshoot was that she was not an “overly s*xual person.”

Throughout her career, Gomez has been vocal about body image, mental health, and other issues, earning her praise and admiration from fans worldwide.

Gomez’s new project, Only Murders in the Building, is set to release its second season soon, and the actress promises that it will be packed with twists and turns.

The trailer for the show was recently released, and it stars Gomez alongside Martin Short and Steve Martin.

In the roundtable talk with Schumer, Gomez also addressed the challenges of being a child star and the pressures that come with fame.

“I was just figuring out who I was,” she said.

“I felt very trapped within my own self.”

The actress went on to explain that she felt like she had to present herself in a certain way to maintain her image. ‘

“I felt like I had to be very polished and very perfect, and that’s just not who I am,” she said.

Gomez’s honesty and authenticity have won her a loyal fan base, and she continues to use her platform to promote positivity and self-love.

“I just want to be authentic,” she said.

“I just want to be honest with myself and with the world.”

In a previous interview with Vogue, Gomez opened up about her struggles with mental health, revealing that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

She explained that she wanted to use her platform to raise awareness about mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding it.

“I don’t want people to feel like they have to hide everything,” she said.

“I want people to know that there’s a safe place to go.”
