Brad Pitt saw ghost, woman drowning in pool at haunted house

Brad Pitt, a Hollywood actor, reportedly had no qualms about living in a haunted house that was once owned by Cassandra Peterson, better known as Elvira:

Mistress of the Dark. Peterson, who recounted a tale of Pitt buying her haunted house, warned him about the ghosts, but he was more excited to buy the home after hearing her stories.

He purchased the house for $1.7 million in 1994 and recently sold it for $40 million.

Peterson revealed in a recent interview with People magazine that she encountered a series of paranormal activities in the house, stating,

“Things happen here. A series of phenomena have occurred that we don’t know how to explain…We saw a person floating around at the bottom of the pool… One time [a ghost was] sitting downstairs in front of the fireplace, once walking into my bedroom and back out.”

Despite sounding unbelievable, Peterson claims that she and Pitt were not hallucinating, and that the incidents really happened.

Jennifer Aniston, Pitt’s ex-partner, also shared her own spooky paranormal experience.

During an interview on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Aniston revealed her ghostly experience when she first moved to Los Angeles.

She stated that strange things began happening in her rented apartment, such as the dishwasher and coffee maker starting by themselves or the stereo turning on at full volume.

She felt terrified, so she hired someone to cleanse the house of those energies.

During the session, the cleaner discovered something startling.

According to Aniston, “They had frankincense, and they put it in a little dish and sort of started saying all these things. And the first corner that she went to, the dish cracked. When we got to the really thick, thick, thick 1975 ashtray that was sitting on the table, and then that cracked and she asked me to leave then I [really believed it].”

The spiritual person who cleansed the house claimed that the otherworldly entity hated Aniston’s roommate. Instead of telling her roommate to move out, Aniston opted to leave.

It’s worth noting that both anecdotes are unverifiable, but they make great stories for a rainy day.

Peterson’s haunted house is situated in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, and has become an urban legend.

The house was built in 1913 and belonged to Dr. Harold Perelson, who murdered his wife with a hammer before committing suicide.

The house has been abandoned for many years, and locals have reportedly seen ghosts and heard screams coming from inside.

The house was then sold to Emily and Julian Enriquez, who began renovating it.

However, during the renovation process, Julian died of a heart attack, and Emily moved out.

The house was then purchased by Peterson, who claimed that it was haunted. Peterson sold it to Pitt, who stayed there with his then-girlfriend, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Pitt later sold it to a corporation, which flipped it for a profit.

Peterson stated that the house had some strange energy when she first moved in, but it wasn’t until she began renovating that the paranormal activity began.

She claimed that she heard footsteps and saw doors opening and closing by themselves.

In an interview with The Sun, Peterson also revealed that she had been stalked by a fan, who broke into her home and stole her underwear.

The stalker was caught and sent to jail, but it’s not known if the incident is related to the haunted house.

Aniston, who had a paranormal experience of her own, has long been interested in the supernatural. She even joked during an interview with Extra TV that she would like to have a séance with her FRIENDS co-stars.

Pitt has not publicly commented on his experiences in the haunted house.

However, he did purchase another haunted mansion in New Orleans with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, in 2006. The house, known as the “LeBeau Plantation,” was built in the 1830s and has a storied history.

It is said to have been the site of a Civil War battle and was also used as a hospital during the yellow fever epidemic. Pitt and Jolie sold the house in 2016 after their split.

Haunted houses and ghost stories have long been a source of fascination for many people, including celebrities.

In addition to Pitt, Jolie, and Aniston, several other Hollywood stars have shared their own paranormal experiences.

For example, Megan Fox claimed to have seen a ghost during her stay at the historic Clarion Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee.

She even posted a photo on Instagram, which she claimed showed a ghostly figure in her room.

Similarly, Keanu Reeves revealed that he had experienced a supernatural event in a hotel room in New York City.

According to Reeves, he woke up in the middle of the night to find a ghostly figure standing at the foot of his bed.

He claimed that the figure disappeared after a few seconds, but the experience left him shaken.

Other celebrities who have reported paranormal experiences include Halle Berry, who claimed to have seen a ghostly figure in her former home, and Lucy Liu, who claimed to have had a ghostly encounter in a hotel room in Singapore.

Despite the prevalence of ghost stories and haunted houses in popular culture, there is little scientific evidence to support the existence of ghosts.

Many paranormal experiences can be explained by natural phenomena or psychological factors, such as sleep paralysis or suggestibility.

However, for those who have experienced something that they cannot explain, the paranormal remains a fascinating and often frightening topic.

Whether or not ghosts truly exist, their stories continue to capture our imaginations and spark our curiosity.
