Charlize Theron has praised Michael Fassbender for his acting skills and admitted that he “blew her away” when she first saw him.

The Hollywood stars have worked together on several occasions and have become good friends off set.

Fassbender jokingly interjected, “I’ve had maybe two occasions where…,” to which Theron quickly finished his sentence, “It’s been uncomfortable. And Michael’s one of the two who did not make me feel very comfortable.”

Theron has been in the acting industry for a long time and has worked with an array of stars during her career.

However, she was particularly impressed with Fassbender’s performance in Hunger, where he played IRA hunger striker Bobby Sands.

Theron admitted that a friend had recommended the movie to her, saying, “‘You have to see this movie. It’s the best thing I’ve seen in my entire life.’ I thought, Just chill out, okay? But I was absolutely blown away by it.

“It was, like, all bets are off from now on. This is the guy.”

The W photoshoot is not the first time that Hollywood stars have posed provocatively for the magazine.
