Naomi Campbell, 50, poses topless in just a statement headdress

Supermodel Naomi Campbell, 50, has posed topless in a dramatic feathered headdress in a fashion shoot for i-D magazine’s Spring issue.

The photoshoot took place in Kenya over the Christmas period, and Campbell also sported eye-catching looks such as a bejewelled colour block jumpsuit that featured targets covering her breasts.

Other images from the stripped back shoot show Campbell flaunting her assets in two silver chain looks, including one decorative body chain and skirt.

She also wore a flowing dress and posed on a quad bike while wearing an asymmetric white dress.

Campbell showcased her naturally stunning good looks and appeared in high spirits as she flashed a beaming smile for the camera.

The media personality wore her raven locks in long flowing braids, and in one snap, she lounged among shrubbery wearing a colourful floral robe with black feathered cuffs.

The shoot’s 70s-inspired aesthetic is in line with the trend for Spring/Summer 2021, which has seen the return of bell-bottoms, colourful crochet, and full blooms.

Oversized florals in Crayola colours, feather trims, and draping silhouettes are just a few ways to channel the trend, according to Carlos Nazario, who styled Campbell in Saint Laurent’s collection for the shoot.

Other designers offering retro aesthetics include La Doublej, Ghost, and Rixo.

For her i-D cover story, Campbell discussed the beauty of her utopia, Kenya, and why representation behind the lens in fashion matters.

Speaking on working with people of colour on the shoot, she said: “I’m proud, humbled, and happy to be part of a shoot with young creatives that are all my skin colour… It’s very rare that this has happened to me.”

“Luis is the third photographer of colour I’ve worked with in my whole career in fashion.”

Campbell revealed that while she was in Kenya, she visited the orphanage she is linked to, as she didn’t want to “let the children down” despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

She said: “I want to reach as many people as I can. I want to spread awareness.”

“There’s a part of me where, if I love something, I want the world to know about it.”

The shoot’s stripped-back nature allowed Campbell’s jaw-dropping figure to take center stage, and her fans have taken to social media to praise the supermodel’s timeless beauty and physique.

One fan commented on Instagram, “You just get better and better, Naomi,” while another wrote, “Absolutely stunning! Age is just a number, and you are proving it.”

Campbell is no stranger to success, having graced the covers of countless magazines throughout her career, including Vogue, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar.

She has also walked the runway for some of the world’s most prominent designers, including Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, and Versace.
