Elon Musk has denied allegations that he had a threesome with his ex-girlfriend Amber Heard and model Cara Delevingne in 2016.

The claims were made during legal depositions in the defamation case between Heard and her ex-husband Johnny Depp.

In response, Musk gave an exclusive statement to Page Six stating that he and Delevingne are friends but have never been intimate.

He also confirmed that he only started going out with Heard around a month after her divorce filing, adding that he was never even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage.

Musk also referred to the legal battle between Depp and Heard over a $50 million defamation suit that Depp filed against Heard in Virginia in 2019.

This was after she wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post describing her experience as a domestic violence victim without naming him.

Depp denies any violence towards Heard and alleges that her claims are a “hoax” and that he was victimized by her.

In the recent deposition, it was claimed that Heard, Musk, and Delevingne were involved in a secret three-way relationship in 2016.

Josh Drew, the ex-husband of Raquel “Rocky” Pennington, Heard’s best friend, stated during the deposition that Musk slept with Heard and Delevingne at Depp’s Los Angeles penthouse in late 2016 following Heard and Depp’s split.

A source close to Heard has said that she and Delevingne are longtime friends and that it wasn’t unusual for them to spend time together.

Reps for Heard declined to comment on the allegations, while a spokesperson for Delevingne didn’t respond to the request for comment.

Regarding the allegations, Musk exclusively told Page Six that he and Delevingne are just friends, denying any romantic involvement.

“She would confirm this,” he added.

He also reiterated that he only started seeing Heard after her divorce filing and that he was never around her during her marriage to Depp.

Musk further commented on the lawsuit between Depp and Heard, recommending that everyone involved should bury the hatchet and move on.

He stated that life is too short for such extended negativity, and that nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer.

Depp’s defamation suit against Heard describes their 15-month-long rocky marriage and states that one month after their marriage, Heard was “spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk.” Depp is also suing a London newspaper that called him a “wife-beater” in an opinion piece.

In a leaked video of Drew’s deposition, Chew asks whether Rocky told him that Amber Heard was having an affair with Carla Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp.

Drew responds with a “yes.” When asked if Amber Heard, Elon Musk, and Carla Delevingne spent the night together while Amber was still married to Johnny Depp, Drew again answered “yes.”

Cara Delevingne has said that she identifies as pansexual, while Heard, who has dated both men and women, responded when asked if she identified as bisexual, saying, “I don’t identify as anything … I like who I like.”
