Denise Richards wishes she never got breast implants

Denise Richards, an actress known for her roles in films such as “Wild Things” and “Starship Troopers,” is opening up about her past experiences with breast implants.

In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Richards revealed that she had a series of botched b–b jobs in the past, and she now wishes she had never gone under the knife.

“When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger implants than what I asked for.

I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn’t research my doctor,” Richards explained.

“I just thought because they’re a plastic surgeon, they must be good.

You have to be your advocate for your own body and ask 100 questions.”

After realizing the first operation had gone wrong, Richards went to see another surgeon to have the implants corrected.

However, things only got worse from there.

“I felt very vulnerable,” she said.

“I was getting ready to film [1998’s] Wild Things, and I didn’t want to get into a lawsuit with some plastic surgeon.

It wasn’t right what the doctor did, but it is what it is.”

Richards later decided to pose topless for Playboy in 2004, partly because she wanted to “encourage women that it’s OK to embrace your sexuality even though you’re a mom.” She also admitted that she didn’t feel s**y at the time due to problems in her marriage with Charlie Sheen and felt she had something to prove.

However, despite her past decisions, Richards has come to regret having breast implants altogether.

“This is the size I wanted them to look at 19! There’s a long investment with breast implants.

They’re not going to last a lifetime and things can go wrong,” she said.

“I’m happy with them now, but in a year that could change.”

Richards’ story is a cautionary tale for anyone considering plastic surgery.

It’s important to do your research and ask plenty of questions before going under the knife.

As Richards herself admits, “You have to be your advocate for your own body.”

The actress also has some advice for other women who may be unhappy with their bodies.

“I think it’s important to be confident in whatever size you are,” she says.

“And if you do want to change something, make sure you’re doing it for yourself and not for anyone else.”

Richards is not alone in her regrets about breast implants.

Many women who have undergone the procedure have reported feeling unhappy or dissatisfied with the results.

In fact, a recent study found that nearly a third of women who had breast augmentation surgery experienced complications within three years.

Despite the risks involved, breast augmentation remains one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, more than 300,000 women in the US underwent the surgery in 2019 alone.
