Dolly Parton says Reese Witherspoon has small b–bs
When it comes to casting an actor to play Dolly Parton in a biopic, the country music legend has some strong opinions.
While she believes Kristin Chenoweth would be perfect for the singing part, rumors have been circulating that Reese Witherspoon is also in the running.
However, Parton recently shared that the Legally Blonde actress may need to consider a “big old b–b job or a big old bra” to fully embody the role.
Parton has been discussing the possibility of a biopic for years and has even considered playing herself in certain stages of her life.
She also mentioned the need for multiple actors to portray her at different ages.

Despite initially suggesting Witherspoon for the role, Parton has since claimed that she doesn’t have anyone specific in mind anymore.
The project has been in development for a while, and some of the people she previously considered may no longer be suitable for the role.
However, this doesn’t mean that the two women won’t work together in the future.
In 2022, Witherspoon’s production company Hello Sunshine will be producing the film adaptation of Dolly Parton and James Patterson’s book Run, Rose, Run.
Parton expressed her excitement about collaborating with Witherspoon and her team.
Witherspoon herself expressed admiration for Parton and the book’s gripping story.
She shared that she couldn’t feel more honored to work alongside Parton and Patterson to bring the powerful tale to the screen.
Parton will also appear in and produce the film adaptation of Run, Rose, Run.
The potential biopic isn’t the only recent project Parton has been discussing.
In 2022, she expressed her interest in creating a feature film about her life, possibly as a musical.
She initially planned for a Broadway show, but the COVID-19 pandemic derailed those plans.
Parton said that she would like to play herself at her current age, in addition to having younger actresses portray her at different points in her life.
Parton has been vocal about her thoughts on casting for the biopic before.
She believes that Taylor Swift is too tall for the role and that Chenoweth would be a great candidate for the singing parts.
However, Witherspoon’s name has come up frequently as a potential choice.
Parton initially suggested her for the part, but now it seems that she may not be the best fit without some physical alterations.
Despite the suggestion, Parton and Witherspoon have maintained a positive relationship and continue to work together on other projects.
As for the potential biopic, Parton seems to be taking her time with the project, ensuring that everything is just right before moving forward.
