“Oh my god, I’m sorry”: Jennifer Lawrence Was Afraid While Shooting S*x Scene With MCU Star Chris Pratt

Jennifer Lawrence, a renowned Hollywood actress, recently opened up about her nervousness while filming an intimate scene for the movie “Passengers” with Chris Pratt, a Marvel Cinematic Universe star.

Despite her self-assurance, Lawrence found it challenging to strike the right note during the s*x scene.

She was scared that she would come off as a predator and felt unprepared for the scene.

The actress also worried that she would overact or underact.

During the Seth Meyers show appearance, Lawrence revealed that she felt out of place despite Pratt’s reputation for amiability.

The two had not planned any moves ahead of time because doing so would have only made things more awkward for everyone involved.

Lawrence joked that she would apologize profusely if she did something wrong.

She also expressed that even s*x scenes with someone as relaxed as Pratt was uncomfortable.

Lawrence’s admission to be nervous is intriguing because of how the Marvel star wanted his co-star to be comfortable during these s*x scenes.

In an interview with E!

News at the 2016 Comic Con, Chris Pratt explains how he tried to calm Lawrence’s nerves down.

According to him, the “job as a leading man is to make the actress feel comfortable.”

He further added that “Your job as a leading man is to make the actress feel comfortable, and you do that by minimizing the amount of people that are there and … having a sense of whether or not they’re feeling okay.”

Despite both actors being comfortable with each other, Lawrence felt uneasy during the s*x scene and admitted that she drank a little to help her nerves before filming the scene.

She felt even more uneasy after admitting that her first kiss was with a married man.

S*x scenes can be challenging for actors, and Jennifer Lawrence is no exception.

She explained to Meyers that with s*x scenes, you don’t know what to do.

You’re like, “Is it too — is it enough?”

Or your worst nightmare, “is it too much?

Are they gonna be like, ‘Whoa!

Whoa!

Whoa!’

… You don’t know what to do!

I’d be like, ‘Oh my God, I’m sorry!’

I just, I don’t know, acting?”

Lawrence showed her sense of humor and ability to make light of uncomfortable situations by laughing off her nerves and awkwardness.

The actress further expressed that you don’t talk about s*x scenes at all, and that makes it so much more uncomfortable.

She said, “Am I gonna [ask], ‘You gonna hump me once?

You gonna get on top?'”

The lack of communication adds to the discomfort experienced by actors during s*x scenes.

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt’s on-screen chemistry was palpable in “Passengers.”

The movie received mixed reviews from critics but was a commercial success.

It grossed over $300 million worldwide against an estimated production budget of $110 million.

In conclusion, Jennifer Lawrence’s nervousness while filming the intimate scene with Chris Pratt is understandable.

An actor’s job is to strike the right note when filming a passionate scene, which can be challenging.

Despite both actors being comfortable with each other, Lawrence felt uneasy, and Pratt tried his best to make her feel comfortable.

S*x scenes are uncomfortable for actors, and communication is essential to make the experience less awkward.

Jennifer Lawrence’s ability to make light of uncomfortable situations shows her professionalism and sense of humor.
