James Franco, who was nominated for the Best Actor award at the Academy Awards, will not be contending for the award this year.

The actor was snubbed by Oscar voters after his recent s** scandal, despite winning a Golden Globe and being nominated for a Screen Actor’s Guild Award for his work in The Disaster Artist.

This news came shortly after two of the five women who accused Franco of s**ual misconduct sat down with Good Morning America to detail their experiences with him.

Violet Paley, one of Franco’s accusers, said, “A lot of things, but please, just apologize,” when asked what she wanted to say to Franco.

In contrast, Franco has remained silent about the accusations and was spotted surfing with his friends in Malibu on Monday.

During the interview with Good Morning America, Paley revealed that she was in the early stages of a relationship with Franco when he pressured her into performing a s** act while they were sitting in his car.

She claimed that Franco had pushed her head down and told her to “come on.”

At the time, Paley was young and looked up to Franco, whom she viewed as a mentor.

Additionally, Sarah Tither-Kaplan spoke about her experience working with Franco in films, which she claimed were filled with gratuitous and exploitative n^de scenes.

She broke down in tears during the interview as she admitted how much she had dreamed of being in the film industry and her fear that coming out against Franco might ruin her chances of realizing that ambition.

Nonetheless, both women were clear that Franco was not on the same level as Harvey Weinstein when it came to being a predator in Hollywood.

Tither-Kaplan stated that Franco created exploitative environments for non-celebrity women on his sets, but also emphasized that he was a talented and valuable person.

According to Tither-Kaplan, it is a pyramid and at the top is rape and s**ual violence, and at the bottom are other abuses of power that build up and create a culture that allows the most heinous examples of s**ual violence and misogyny to happen.

She urged Franco to use his power to give valuable opportunities to women and to give them career advancement.

Franco has not responded to the accusations yet, and despite being nominated for several awards, he was snubbed by Oscar voters due to these recent allegations.
