Bella Thorne asked to sign t0pless, underage pics of herself

Bella Thorne, the renowned actor who gained prominence for her role as CeCe Jones on the Disney Channel series Shake It Up from 2010 to 2013, has opened up about an uncomfortable encounter with an autograph hunter.

The actor revealed that while signing autographs at the Sundance Film Festival, she had to “tell someone off” for asking her to sign topless and underage photos of herself.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 25-year-old described how the autograph hunter was shoving photos in front of her, including a photo of her from her GQ magazine cover where she is wearing lingerie, topless, and with her b*tt out.

Bella said that after refusing to sign the photo, the autograph seeker pulled out another photo from a magazine featuring another s**y image, urging her to sign it.

The actor called the encounter “inappropriate,” particularly because the autograph seeker had photographs of her when she was underage, aged 16, during a campaign for the fashion brand Candies.

The autograph seeker’s request for Bella to sign such images left her feeling offended.

“It was clear that he wanted me to sign things that were viewed as s**y and even underage, and I was like, ‘Give me something else.’

He said, ‘Aren’t they all s**y?'”

the actor said.

“No, enough is enough,” she added.

“But I get it, they have to make money, and everyone has a job, so I get that.

It was just that I was under 18, and it’s inappropriate.”

This incident is not the first time Bella Thorne has spoken out about being sexualized as a child star.

In December, she recalled an audition she had when she was ten years old, where a male director accused her of “flirting with him” and making him feel “uncomfortable.”

This experience left her feeling stressed out and self-conscious.

During a recent conversation with Emily Ratajkowski on the High Low with EmRata podcast, Bella shared that the moment made her “find fault in herself.”

The actor added that she was stunned by the accusations and couldn’t understand why the director would think she was flirting with him.

“I don’t give a f*** what the f*** I said.

I don’t care if I said, ‘Eat my p**** right now,'” said Thorne.

“I was 10 years old.

Why would you ever think that [I was flirting]?

Also, you’re in a director session; you can’t really say or do anything.

You do the scene; you say hello, and you walk out.

There is no time to go sit on your lap or make you uncomfortable.

What the f*** are you talking about?”

Bella Thorne’s experiences highlight the sexualization of child stars in the entertainment industry and the need for increased protection for young actors.

While fans and autograph seekers may be well-intentioned, it is crucial to respect an individual’s boundaries and not request inappropriate material.

Bella’s refusal to sign the photos shows that she will not tolerate such behavior and hopes others will follow suit.
