‘Euphoria’ Stars Hunter Schafer and Dominic Fike Kiss Amid Dating Rumors

According to several photos on Fike’s Instagram Stories, he and his Euphoria co-star Hunter Schafer went out to dinner on Thursday night. He and Schafer are seen kissing in one shot, which is stoking unsubstantiated claims that the two are dating.

Despite the fact that they both have December birthdays, Fike captioned the picture “Happy birthday happy birthday.”

Schafer also released a video of Fike from the same event. He’s staring at her and giggling as she’s playing with her food in it.

Kevin Abstract, a rapper, joined the possibly-couple by posting a video of an ornate dish with sparks coming out of the beautiful top. “Love dom and hunter very much,” Abstract added in another tweet.

The couple, who met on the set of Euphoria, fueled dating rumors after they were seen holding hands outside of The Nice Guy in West Hollywood in January. Fans have been speculating since then, although neither has acknowledged a romantic connection. Dominic Fike’s representative refused to comment on their relationship status.

Jules and Elliott are played by Schafer and Fike in Euphoria. While Schafer has been a part of the show from the beginning, Fike is a new addition to the ensemble in 2019, and one end of a love triangle between Jules, Elliott, and Zendaya’s Rue.

Fike, who is most recognized for his work as a musician, is a natural match for the show. He talked about how delighted he was to be a part of such a famous program on television in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I was surprised to be there. I was standing there, like, ‘Why am I here? Why would anybody invite me to hang out with these people?’” he said. “But it became really clear that there was a spot for me. They’re just wonderful people.”

According to Variety, the program has been renewed for a third season, and there are still a few episodes left in current season. Francesca Orsi, executive vice president of HBO Programming, revealed in an interview that current season of Euphoria has been doing very well for the network and has exceeded expectations.

“Sam [Levinson], Zendaya, and the entire cast and crew of Euphoria have taken Season 2 to extraordinary heights, challenging narrative convention and form, while maintaining its heart,” Orsi remarked. “We couldn’t be more honored to work with this gifted, wildly talented team or more excited to continue our journey with them into Season 3.”
