Last night, Justin Bieber and Paris Hilton were spotted partying together in Cannes, France.

The two attended a birthday party for Busta Rhymes at the Gotha Nightclub, where Hilton was seen getting cozy with a shirtless Bieber.

Despite their age difference of 13 years, Hilton was seen sitting on Bieber’s lap while he was seated on a throne.

It’s unclear what Hilton’s boyfriend, model River Viiperi, thinks about the interaction.

Before leaving the club together with an entourage surrounding them, Bieber took the microphone to wish Rhymes a happy birthday.

According to a source, Bieber was also seen throwing ice into the crowd at one point during the night.

Earlier in the evening, Bieber made a surprise appearance at the Vanity Fair and Armani party at Hotel du Cap.

A source stated that when people saw him, they were surprised and wondered what he was doing there.

At the party, Jennifer Lawrence wanted to meet him, but declined to take a photo with him, wanting to keep the encounter “normal.”

Bieber stayed at the party for about an hour before leaving.

Adrian Grenier, star of the show Entourage, was also spotted chatting with Bieber.

Grenier said that he had met Bieber a couple of times before at benefits for Pencils of Promise, a non-profit organization run by Scooter Braun’s brother, Adam Braun.

When asked if he was surprised to see Bieber at the party, Grenier simply replied, “It’s Cannes – why not?”
