Adele Guts Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills Mansion After $58 Mil Purchase
British singer Adele is making significant changes to the Beverly Hills mansion she purchased from actor Sylvester Stallone.
The renovations are in full swing, with the main house undergoing a complete transformation that includes removing the entire second story.
However, one famous feature remains intact: the pool and the iconic Rocky statue that rises over the edge of the water, just like when Stallone lived there.
Adele has removed the statue at the other end of the pool, but the pool itself seems to be staying in place.
TMZ first reported the news that Adele bought the home from Stallone last year for $58 million after it was initially listed for $110 million and then dropped to $80 million.

Although it may seem like a steep price for a teardown, Adele’s new estate is one of the largest in Beverly Park, boasting 3.6 acres and stunning views of the city.
The gated community is home to many celebrities, and Adele is carving out her own slice of paradise.
The Grammy-winning singer has been living in Los Angeles for several years now and has reportedly been looking for a permanent home in the area.
Her previous home was also in Beverly Hills, but it was a rental property that she paid $10,000 per night to stay in.
Adele’s new Beverly Hills estate is said to have six bedrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a cinema, a spa, and a gym.
